The district’s use of the EZPAY online payment system has been very effective in increasing efficiency in handling payments of student fees, lunches and book purchases. The elimination of service fees has increased utilization and parent satisfaction with the system.

To date, the majority of parents using the system are choosing the credit card option to process their payments and lunch account deposits. Fewer parents are selecting the e-check option. Over the past few years, the district has experienced continuing instances of checks through the system being returned for Non-Sufficient Funds.

As a result, beginning with the 2012-13 school year, the district will only accept credit card payments through the EZPAY system. Parents who are unable to pay by credit card through the EZPAY system may bring cash into the school office to make lunch account deposits or to the SHS bookstore for high school fees and books. No checks will be accepted for lunch account payments
